Photocard Exchange Policy

 


Photocard exchanges are processed according to the criteria below.
Please note that due to the nature of album production, minor variations may occur between products.
We kindly ask for your understanding that exchanges cannot be accepted in such cases.


Eligible for Exchange

  • Damage such as cracks, scratches, dents, or pressure marks on the artist's face (front side)
  • Presence of foreign substances or visible contamination on the face
  • Peeling of the coating on the front side

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Scratches, misprints, or color tone variations on the back of the photocard
  • Defects on areas other than the artist’s face (e.g. background, outfit, hair)
  • Imperfections resulting from the manufacturing process such as spots, scratches, warping, or stains
  • Bends or dents at the corners or edges

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer center within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Please attach at least two clear photos: one of the front and one close-up of the damaged area.
  3. We will review the request and notify you individually regarding the eligibility.

Important Notes

  • Due to the nature of the production process, each photocard may have slight variations.
    Features resulting from this may not be considered valid reasons for exchange.
  • Only requests made within 7 days from the date of delivery are eligible for exchange.
  • Requests outside the stated criteria may not be accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. Can I exchange a photocard with a scratch on the back?
A. No, scratches on the back are not eligible for exchange. Only damage to the front (specifically the artist’s face) is considered.

Q. What if the corners are bent?
A. Bending that occurs during manufacturing is not considered a defect and is not eligible for exchange.
